Our Policy
Order Placement Terms
Orders can be placed through our website or via DMs, providing all required details including size, colour, and any customisation preferences.
Order confirmation must be reviewed carefully, and any changes must be communicated within 24 hours.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement
for ready-made items.
For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Processing Terms
Ready-made abayas will be processed within 1–3 days.
Custom or pre-order abayas require 7–15 days for production, depending on the design.
Cancellation Terms
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note that we have a no refund / no exchange policy.
Orders cannot be returned once delivered, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective.
If a defect is found, we will gladly provide a correction service at no additional cost.
We consider an item defective only in cases where the error is from our end — for example, an incorrect size, colour, or stitching
Please note, corrections do not apply if
• Change of mind occurs after receiving your order.
• Incorrect sizing or measurements were provided by the you at the time of order.
